Job Description
The Building Company seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk responsible for verifying supplier invoices, maintaining sundry supplier records, processing Kerridge-generated remittances, completing the monthly QPD accrual spreadsheet, managing payments, performing reconciliations, handling credit applications, and resolving investigations and queries. The role also requires promoting and upholding company values and culture. Candidates must have completed Grade 12, a basic accounting course, and 1–2 years of experience in a finance environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with accounting systems are essential.
