Job Description
The Building Company seeks a Retail Network Development Manager to grow our independent retailer network across Southern Africa. You will conduct market research, map competitive landscapes, build retailer databases, design merchandising solutions, manage projects, analyze market and financial performance, and engage stakeholders including lease negotiations and franchise development. The role requires Grade 12 and a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field, plus 5 years’ experience in retail development or project management within the retail industry. Candidates must uphold company values, deliver strategic insights, ensure cost-effective operations, and support sustainable growth for independent retailers and future franchisees.
