Job Description
Entry-level custodian responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned office buildings, facilities, and grounds. Duties: clean floors, walls, furniture, restrooms; operate vacuums, carpet cleaners, scrubbers, buffers, waxers; move furniture, remove trash; set up rooms, perform minor repairs, work on ladders/scaffolding, assist with grounds and lawn equipment. Requires basic custodial procedures, safe equipment use, hand tools, good public relations, reporting issues, following schedules, and travel between buildings.
