Job Description

We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support our seminary and institute operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, answering phones and email, maintaining student and faculty records, coordinating events and meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy academic and faith-based environment. Prior administrative experience and familiarity with religious or educational settings are preferred. This role supports faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth daily operations and timely administrative services.
