Job Description
We are hiring a motivated Salary Loan Sales Executive in Ibadan for The Concept Group. You will drive sales, evaluate loan applications, interview applicants, analyze financial data, complete and review loan contracts, update ERP records, and collaborate with underwriters to resolve issues. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, cross-selling loan products, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with lending laws and guidelines. Qualifications: proven Loan Officer or sales experience (min 1 year selling salary loans), familiarity with banking software, solid lending knowledge, customer-oriented, target-driven, OND/HND/BSc. Job type: Full-time. Salary: ₦80,00–₦120,00 per month.
