Job Description
Role Purpose: The Bowling Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bowling alley, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. This role also involves assisting with equipment setup, handling financial transactions, and organizing events.
Duties: Greet customers, manage lane rentals, enforce safety regulations, and maintain the facility’s organization. Assist customers with bowling techniques and special events.
Requirements: Must be able to play snooker, excel in customer service, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Personal Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.
