Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety.
- Provide towels, poolside assistance, and excellent customer service.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Support lifeguards and other staff in ensuring smooth pool operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or poolside service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene standards.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
