Job Description
We are seeking a Pastoral Trainee to support our ministry by assisting in worship planning, pastoral care, youth programs, outreach, and administrative tasks. The trainee will shadow pastors, lead small group Bible studies, prepare short devotionals, and help with event coordination. Candidate should have foundational theological education or be enrolled in seminary, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a heart for service, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. This is a paid training position offering mentorship, practical ministry experience, and opportunities for pastoral development.
