Job Description
The Ever Hale Living Company Limited is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries, process orders, issue invoices, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. Daily coordination with inventory and logistics teams is required for timely order fulfillment.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are crucial for this position.
