Job Description
The Eye Foundation Hospital is seeking a dedicated Optical Manager to oversee store operations, ensuring profitability and a positive experience for our customers. The successful candidate will excel in sales performance and manage customer-related activities.
Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, generating sales reports, assisting patients in frame selection, coordinating with laboratories, and performing general administrative duties. A Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience are required. Computer literacy is essential. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
