Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at The Factory Ng. As a culinary expert, you’ll drive menu innovation, ensure exceptional food quality and presentation, and create a positive kitchen environment. You will manage kitchen staff, oversee food preparation, and maintain high hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years’ kitchen management experience
- Culinary degree with 10+ years’ experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant software
- Ability to work under pressure
