Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and track action items
- Manage correspondence and maintain organized digital and physical files
- Support operational projects, track timelines, and prepare status updates
- Compile data, maintain KPI trackers, and generate operational reports
- Create dashboards, charts, SOPs, process guides, and training materials
- Assist with purchase requisitions, inventory, logistics, events, and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands is an advantage
