Job Description
The Factory Ng is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Office Manager to oversee our office and production facilities. The successful candidate will manage the maintenance of office equipment, supervise tailors and production staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise activities of tailors and production staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide administrative support to management.
Requirements:
- BSc or equivalent in a related field.
- 2+ years of office management experience.
