Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Farm Manager to support daily farm operations, supervise staff, maintain crop and livestock care, manage inventory, and assist with budgeting and planning. The ideal candidate has 2+ years agricultural experience, leadership skills, basic equipment maintenance knowledge, and familiarity with sustainable practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work outdoors in varied conditions required. Certifications (Pesticide, First Aid) and tractor/operator licenses are a plus.
