Job Description
The Future Edge seeks a full-time (on-site) Customer Care Agent in Ughelli, Delta State. Salary: ₦130,00/month with accommodation. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction for a trading and distribution company. Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field, strong communication skills; prior customer service experience is an advantage. Experience required: minimum 2 years in customer service or administrative support and 2 years with Customer Relationship Management systems. Job type: Full-time. Note: the salary is fixed and non-negotiable and candidates must be able to commute to Ughelli.
