Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy HR Manager to join our team at The Oleaster Wellbeing & Recovery Center. The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager in overseeing all human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Qualified candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, and excellent communication capabilities. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
