The Paper Packaging Company (TPPC) is seeking a proactive and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abuja.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure they have a smooth and satisfying experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders and track deliveries
- Resolve customer complaints promptly

Requirements:
- ND, HND, or B.Sc in any field
