Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team at The RiverBank School. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate employee records, gather HR-related data, and develop data management protocols to ensure the secure organization of HR data.
Eligibility includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, with at least 2 years of HR experience. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel is required; HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
This is a full-time position, starting May 5, 2025.
