Job Description
We are seeking a Knowledge and Research Coordinator to manage research projects, curate knowledge assets, and support evidence-based decision-making. You will design research protocols, coordinate data collection and analysis, synthesize findings into clear reports, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of research or monitoring and evaluation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and proficiency with qualitative and quantitative methods. Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences are essential.
