Job Description
The Tolaram Group is seeking a dedicated Supermarket Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure product visibility, inventory availability, and team performance to meet our sales and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-store execution and compliance with product placement.
- Maintain visibility of promotional materials and ensure stock availability.
- Build strong relationships with store management.
- Conduct weekly merchandising checks and manage stock levels.
- Submit timely sales and inventory reports.
- Conduct monthly training for team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
