Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee business operations and develop operational strategies at Trax Apparel. This full-time position offers a monthly pay ranging from ₦300,00.00 to ₦500,00.00.
Key qualifications include:
- A proven track record in scaling operations in small to mid-sized organizations (<100 staff) within an emerging market.
- Experience in garment manufacturing, fashion production, or related sectors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree.
- 5 years of experience in the African fashion industry.
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
