Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery’s daily operations. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality products, and optimizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bakery operations, including baking, inventory, and staffing.
- Supervise staff, maintaining productivity and morale.
- Ensure quality standards of baked goods and monitor inventory levels.
- Train new staff and manage customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements include proven experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of baking techniques. A culinary degree is preferred. Full-time position offers a salary of ₦180,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
