Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Customer Service Representative to welcome visitors, manage phone lines, and provide excellent service at our office.
Daily duties include greeting guests, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, processing payments, handling inquiries, and coordinating with staff to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements: high school diploma, strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask; prior customer service experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
