Job Description
Tribest Corporate Support Limited is seeking experienced professionals for the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration. The successful candidate will lead all HR functions, drive staff performance, and foster a strong organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR functions and ensure high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- BSc in Social Sciences (minimum 2:2).
- 7+ years in senior HR roles, open to working in Lagos.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.
