Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Relationship Management to lead client relations, grow strategic accounts, and ensure high satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing relationship strategies, managing key client portfolios, cross-selling services, resolving escalations, collaborating with sales and product teams, and mentoring staff. Candidate should have 5+ years in client or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, proven track record in revenue growth, and ability to analyze client needs.
