Job Description

Lead Asset Management to grow AUM to ₦25bn by FYE 2025 and drive sales across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI and public sectors. Develop deposit strategies, manage client portfolios, provide tailored investment solutions, analyze financials, and market structured deposits and treasury products. KPIs: ₦25bn AUM, 100% sales, personal ₦500m and team ₦1.5bn resumption in 90 days. Req: Bachelor’s in Finance, 5+ years AM, alt/structured products expertise. Full-time.
