Job Description
Trucrete Solutions Limited seeks a Batching Plant Coordinator to manage daily ready-mix operations for major projects. Responsibilities: supervise plant staff, ensure safe, efficient production, quality control, material and equipment optimization, delivery tracking, invoicing, and operational reporting. Requirements: 7–10 years in concrete batching or plant management, strong leadership, planning, invoicing and reporting skills, and commitment to productivity and continuous improvement. Full-time role.
