Job Description
Truffle Careers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead and manage all aspects of our institution in Ibadan & Oyo State. The ideal candidate will provide strategic vision, ensure academic excellence, support staff development, and cultivate a positive school culture.
Responsibilities: Provide leadership in alignment with the school’s vision, oversee academic programs, manage staff recruitment and evaluations, and engage with parents and the community.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred), 2+ years of teaching experience (1 year in leadership), strong communication skills, and knowledge of curriculum development.
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 (Negotiable). This is a full-time position with easy apply options.
