Job Description
Tulips n Lilies Confectionery is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing the director’s schedule, drafting correspondence, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, a B.Sc. or equivalent, and strong organizational skills.
Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, demonstrate discretion, and possess a keen attention to detail. A background or interest in the food, hospitality, or bakery industry is a plus.
