Job Description
Job Purpose: The role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Senior Manager in the Human Resources/Administration Department, ensuring efficient execution of HR and administrative functions.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
- Support HR initiatives and systems development.
- Marketing skills are strictly required.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment and onboarding.
- Set up training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with policy.
