Job Description

Join Twinwaters Entertainment Center as CRM Executive to lead customer data, loyalty, and engagement across restaurants, lounges, gaming, and leisure. Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to grow the guest database, design loyalty and rewards, run multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, digital), optimize guest journeys, and measure retention, conversion, and lifetime value. Requires bachelor’s degree, 2+ years CRM or data-driven marketing (hospitality preferred), strong CRM platform, database, analytical, and stakeholder skills. Full-time.
