Job Description
TWPC HR Services is seeking a seasoned Head of HR & Administration in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. This role focuses on HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, learning & development, and compliance with labor laws.
The successful candidate will represent the Managing Director at high-level meetings, prepare speeches, and handle formal communications.
Key qualifications include HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
