Job Description
- We’re hiring a Ticketing and Sales Officer for a growing travel agency based on Lagos Island.
- This role involves booking flights, promoting travel deals, and providing excellent customer support.
- If you’re confident, organized, and enjoy helping people with their travel plans, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Book local and international flights for customers
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Promote travel packages and convert leads into bookings
- Follow up with clients and build strong relationships
- Support the agency’s sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- OND or higher in any discipline
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in handling sales conversations
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable using digital tools
- Experience in sales, ticketing, or customer support is a plus.
