Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
- The role involves ensuring product visibility and availability, identifying and recruiting distributors, monitoring sales performance and market trends, managing inventory and debtors, and resolving customer complaints promptly while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Handle collections and manage debtor accounts.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and inventory reports.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Ensure timely deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and report feedback to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory and sales reporting.
- Proactive with good market analysis skills.
Salary
N100,00 / Month.
