Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources and Legal Compliance to lead HR strategy and ensure legal adherence. You will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and policy development. You will manage employment law compliance, review contracts, mitigate legal risk, and coordinate with external counsel.
Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, law, or related field; 8+ years of HR experience with legal/compliance exposure; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; up-to-date knowledge of labor laws. Reports to the CEO and partners with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
