Job Description
UfarmX is a technology-driven agri-fintech platform enhancing access to finance for farmers across Africa. We are launching a B2B retail pilot in Nigeria to onboard agricultural retailers into our ecosystem, facilitating point-of-sale financing for farmers.
Objective of the Pilot:
- Onboard and activate 15–30 agri-retailers in Lagos, Oyo State, and Abuja.
- Integrate UfarmX POS systems and train retailers in credit-based inputs.
- Capture learnings for a full-scale rollout.
Ideal Candidate: 5+ years in field operations or ag/retail tech deployment, strong understanding of Nigeria’s agri-supply chain, and excellent people-management skills.
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience. Job Types: Part-time, Contract (3 months).
