Job Description
Uleval Technology helps businesses across healthcare, oil and gas, transportation, real estate, communication, and more. We are hiring a General Personnel Officer in Ikeja, Lagos (Full-time). You will manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, training coordination, record keeping, and HR reporting. The role serves as the central point for staff issues and supports managers with policies and development plans. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, and proficiency with HR software.
