Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Food, a fast-paced quick-service restaurant in Lekki-Osapa, Lagos, seeks a full-time Customer Service Officer. You will handle phone, email, and online inquiries, resolve complaints, document interactions, upsell products, and collaborate with teams to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates should have an OND and 2–3 years’ experience, strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to adapt under pressure.
