Job Description
UNCLE T’S RESTAURANT seeks a Supervisor to support the Manager and Chef in daily restaurant operations. You will schedule and train staff, delegate tasks, supervise food and drink preparation and presentation, and ensure prompt, friendly customer service. Maintain quality and safety standards, educate staff on menu ingredients and allergies, enforce personal and food safety, and keep sanitation compliant. Interact with guests to gauge satisfaction, resolve feedback and authorize refunds when appropriate. Lead weekly staff meetings to motivate the team, boost productivity, and perform administrative duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month.
