Job Description
Unicorn Innovations Hill Limited is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Managing Director in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills and a passion for organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily meetings and manage calendars.
- Act as a liaison among executives, employees, and clients.
- Manage social media pages and support the Coaching App.
- Prepare presentations and content for various platforms.
- Screen phone calls and direct correspondence.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in English or related field.
- 1+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Managing Director.
