Job Description
Unicorn Innovations Hills Limited is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Mushin, Lagos. The ideal candidate will design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures while ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and drawings.
- Prepare detailed blueprints using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress.
- Research and select materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2+ years of experience as an Architect.
- Strong portfolio required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
