Job Description
Value Plus Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will prepare financial reports and budgeting, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis and PAYE preparations, liaising with internal and external auditors to achieve annual audit goals, and remitting PAYE and pension on time.
Additional duties include preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, managing both receivables and payables, disbursing floats and other payments, and collaborating with HR to prepare the monthly salary schedule. Candidates should be ready to take on any other accounting responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
