Job Description
Vaste Finance, a leading car rental and leasing provider in Nigeria, seeks a full-time Fleet Manager based in Garki, Abuja or Maryland, Lagos. You will recruit and manage drivers, enforce safe vehicle operations, schedule maintenance, monitor documents and legal compliance, optimize routes and costs, inspect vehicles, and report vehicle positions. Candidates must hold a degree (Logistics or related), have transportation industry experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, quantitative ability, and excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. The role demands a proactive, safety-focused manager committed to operational efficiency and cost control.
