Job Description
Hiring: Hotel Manager, Food & Beverage. You will lead daily F&B operations, manage restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service; supervise and train staff; ensure service standards, safety, and sanitation; control inventory, cost, and vendor relations; develop menus and guest experiences with the executive chef; prepare budgets and performance reports; and ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, minimum 5 years F&B management experience in hotels, strong leadership, budgeting, communication, and customer service skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
