Job Description
Join VFD Group as our Talent Acquisition Manager! You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, aligning strategies with our core values: Execution, Entrepreneurship, Respect, Inclusion, and Dynamism. Partnering with leaders, you will enhance our employer brand and candidate experience while forecasting talent needs and developing robust pipelines.
Your role will include managing structured interviews, leveraging HR technology, and championing diversity initiatives. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, and strong skills in sourcing and stakeholder management.
