Job Description
Join our culinary team as a Kitchen Data Entry Officer responsible for accurately recording inventory, production sheets, supplier deliveries, and menu changes into our database. You will reconcile stock counts, prepare simple reports, track food costs, and support kitchen managers by maintaining up-to-date digital records. Ideal candidates have strong typing skills, working knowledge of Excel or inventory software, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior hospitality or inventory experience is a plus. Must be reliable, confidential, and able to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and suppliers.
