Job Description
VIRGIN FOREST ENERGY LIMITED seeks a Station Manager to oversee a fuel station in Nigeria. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class) in Business Administration or a related field and have 3+ years as a Filling Station Manager in the downstream oil and gas sector with depot sales experience. Key skills: negotiation, marketing, reporting, adaptability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication. Responsibilities include planning and evaluating station operations, staff management and scheduling, enforcing policies, resolving customer issues, driving growth, and implementing customer incentive programs.
