Job Description
Virginrose Resorts is seeking a professional Receptionist with a minimum of one year of experience to join our thriving team. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and manage reservations.
- Provide information on hotel services and facilities.
- Ensure accurate guest information and respond to complaints professionally.
- Maintain organized front desk operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in hotel management or related field.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
