Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Bar & Floor Manager to oversee daily bar and dining floor operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth team coordination.
Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising service standards, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. You will train staff, resolve guest issues, and coordinate with kitchen and management.
Requirements: 3+ years in hospitality supervisory role, strong leadership, communication, basic accounting skills, and ability to work nights/weekends. Hospitality certification is a plus.
