Visibuy is building the infrastructure for trust in online commerce. We help sellers show buyers exactly what they will receive before payment or delivery, using visual verification.
We are expanding our on-ground presence and are hiring Full-Time Field Sales Representatives who are ready to work daily in the field, engage sellers directly, and drive real adoption of the Visibuy platform.

This is a full-time, commission-only role.
There is no salary, no base pay, and no allowance.
This role requires physical, on-ground field work.
Apply only if you are comfortable visiting sellers daily and earning strictly based on performance.
Role Summary
As a Full-Time Field Sales Representative, you will:
- Work in the field daily (markets, boutiques, seller clusters).
- Approach and engage sellers physically.
- Clearly explain Visibuy’s value proposition.
- Onboard sellers onto the Visibuy platform.
- Help sellers verify their products by creating visual verifications.
- Assist sellers in sending verified product links to buyers for review.
- Follow up with sellers to ensure proper usage and activation.
- Track seller activity using digital tools.
- Submit accurate daily activity reports using Google Forms or CRM tools.
Who This Role Is For
- You are available for full-time field work.
- You are comfortable approaching people in person.
- You fully understand and accept commission-based income.
- You are disciplined, reliable, and results-oriented.
- You own a smartphone and are comfortable using:
- Google Forms
- Basic CRM tools
- WhatsApp and social platforms
Field sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
How You Earn (Credit Pack–Based Commission)
Your earnings come from credit packs purchased by sellers you onboard and activate.
Current Visibuy credit packs:
- ₦5,00 Credit Pack ₦1,500 commission
- ₦15,00 Credit Pack ₦4,00 commission
- ₦25,00 Credit Pack ₦7,00 commission
Key points:
- Commission is earned only when a seller purchases a credit pack
- No earnings from signups alone
- Focus is on helping sellers use the product and see value first
- The more serious the seller, the higher your earnings
Work Structure
- Full-time commitment required.
- Independent contractor role.
- No fixed working hours, but daily field activity is expected.
- Assigned locations or zones may be provided.
Professional Expectations
- Always represent Visibuy professionally.
- Never collect money from sellers.
- Never misrepresent the platform.
- Follow onboarding and reporting processes strictly.
